Sweet gingerbread cookies, fast to prepare and ready to eat after baking. These cookies are so fun to decorate, give kids tons of sprinkles to decorate and they will be in Heaven. Cookies served with ginger tea great heat on winter day.

Ingredients:
wheat flour - 300g
rye flour - 300g
melted butter - 100g
powder sugar - 130g
eggs - 2
honey - 100g
gingerbread spices - 1 teaspoon
cocoa - 1 teaspoon
baking soda- 1 teaspoon
frosting, colourful sugar sprinkles - to decorate
tea - 1 jug
Lemons with ginger ETERNO - 1 jar
Instructions:
Roll the dough out, if necessary sprinkle a little bit of flour. Cut into desired shapes and place on the baking sheets.

Bake in 180C for 10min. Cool them down.

Decorate with frosting and sugar sprinkles.

Prepare tea, adding Lemons with ginger ETERNO.
