Nothing special - just pancakes with cream cheese. However served full of delicious, summer fruits, become new, refreshing and unforgettable dish. Do you know anybody who can say them NO?
Pancakes: |
milk - 250ml |
water - 250ml |
eggs - 2 |
flour - 270g |
pinch of salt |
canola oil - 1 tablespoon |
Cottage cheese: |
white creamy cottage cheese - 500g |
sour cream - 250ml |
sugar - 3 tablespoons |
Vanilla syrup ETERNO - 3 łyżki |

Strawberry syrup with mint ETERNO |
In a large bowl sift flour. Make the well in the center and pour in the milk, water and egg. Add salt and oil. Mix until smooth. Heat the lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the pan and make one pancake after another.
Prepare the cottage cheese. Mix together all the ingredients, add a little bit of vanilla syrup.
Ready pancakes serve with cottage cheese, forrest fruits and strawberry syrup with mint.
