Delicious pizza on fluffy, but not too thick dough with favourite additives and pepper salsa, which makes uncommon taste. Great lunch, snack or dinner. Tastes well both warm and cold.
|fresh yeast - 30g|
|flour - 400g|
|pinch of salt|
|sugar - 1 teaspoon|
|olive oil - 2 tablespoons|
|water - 200ml|
|Pepper salsa ETERNO - 1 jar|
|grated mozzarella cheese - 200g|
|ham, mashrooms, pepper, onion|
Mix the ingredients of dough. Knead the dough gently. You can use the bread machine, you can use it. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for 1,5h.
Roll the dough out into a circle and place gently on the baking plate. Spread pepper salsa, sprinkle mozzarella and put favourite additives on top.
Bake in 200C for 20min.
