This is a great recipe that I found in my Grandma's recipe book. Great, crunchy pancakes with no yeast. They taste best with raspberry syrup. Delicious for both breakfast and supper.

eggs - 2
flour - 250g

Raspberry and honey syrup ETERNO
canola oil - to fry
Mix flour, baking soda, sugar, eggs, butter and buttermilk together.
Heat a litte bit of oil on the frying pan. Fry the pancakes.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both side.
Serve hot with syrups.
