Very quick Easter cake. Just prepare the crust and make decorations on top. Delicious, not too sweet and taste best after a couple of days.

Ingredients:
Crust:
flour - 175g
cold, chopped butter - 100g
powdre sugar - 50g
egg yolk - 1szt
sour cream 18% - 1/2 tablespoon
On top:
Plumella - plums in chocolate
toffee chocolate
Instructions:

Prepare the dough from flour, butter, egg yolk, powder sugar and sour cream. Put into the fridge for 1-2h.

After cooling, roll the dough out into a circle and place gently into a tart pan.

Bake the dough for 20min. in 200C. Cool it down.

Put jar of Plumella on the prepared crust. Make decorations. You can use melted chocolate if you want.

COMMENTS: The crust recipe is taken from the book "Moje Wypieki i Desery" of Dorota Świątkowska. I have modified this recipe by using ETERNO jam, because it is so delicious that it is not necessary to make jam from scratch. Mazurek is Easter cake, however it taste well all year long, during each occassion.

To decorate, you can use also different ETERNO jam. Try with Plum powidl, Strawberella or Quince jam.
