Delicious, healthy, banana pancakes made from millet. Great for breakfast and supper. Serve with jams or marple syrup.
|millet - 100g|
|bananas - 2|
|eggs - 2|
|flour - 4 tablespoons|
|canola oil - for frying|
|Banana butter ETERNO - 1 jar|
Boil millet according to recipe on package.
Peel bananas and mash them using fork. Add millet, eggs and flour. Mix together.
Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Pour ½ cup of batter into the pan and brown on both sides.
Serve with banana butter ETERNO.
