Yeast croissants with cranberry and pear jam. Taste of childhood. Super delicious.

|butter - 50dag|
|milk - 250ml|
|sugar - 4 łyżki|
|yeast - 10dag|
|egg yolks - 4|
|egg - 1|
|pinch of salt|
|Cranberry a la kresy with pear ETERNO - 1 jar|
In a medium bowl add the yeast to warm milk. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar, mix and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until the dough doubles from its original size, 30 minutes of more depending of the room temperature.
Once the dough has doubled add butter, rest of flour, sugar, salt, egg and egg yolks.
Roll out the dough gently. If necessary, sprinkle a little bit of flour. Cut into triangles. Put a teaspoon of jam on each. Roll to receive croissants.
Bake in 180C for about 10-15min. Serve with powder sugar.
