Delicious, homemade coconut milk, perfect for vegan breakfast. No additives added, all natural. Better in taste and more healthy than milk in cans, which you can buy in stores.
|unsweetened shredded coconut - 200g|
|water - 1,2l|
Heat water, but don't boil. Put coconut in blender and add water. Blend on high for several minutes until thick and creamy.
Pour through a mesh colander first to get most of the coconut out, and then squeeze through a towel or several thicknesses of cheesecloth to get remaining pieces of coconut out.
Store in the fridge. Shake or stir before using.
