High protein milk shake good for athletes after practise. Full of nutrients and aroma. Great for breakfast and as a snack during the day.

Ingredients:
milk - 200ml
banana - 1
pumpkin puree - 200g
spices - vanilla, cinnamon, ginger
Lime and mint syrup bETERNO - 1 bottle
Instructions:

Mix together milk, banana and pumpkin puree. Pour a little bit of lime and mint syrup. Add spices.
